As it is each year, the Seneca Trail between Boughton Park and The Apple Farm will be closed to hiking and biking due to hunting.

This year that is from October 1st through December 14th, for both deer and turkey hunting.

Signs have been posted at both ends. Please, for your own safety, do not use this portion of the trail.

Note that hunting is also permitted in parts of Ganondagan. Be very careful, especially in poor lighting times.

And on all the trails, bright colors -- like red -- should be worn.

The same section of the Seneca Trail is also closed, mornings only, for the Month of May for turkey hunting season.
