The Spring Turkey Hunting Season opens May 1st and goes through May 31st. Hunting hours are from 1/2 hour before sunrise to noon.

Some trails are closed during those hours. This includes the Seneca Trail just north of Boughton Park.

This is for the safety of the trail users, as well as respect for the land owners who permit us to have a trail on their land. We could loose the trail totally if this closure is not respected.
